Gadget4u Return & Replacement Policy

At Gadget4u, we deliver genuine, brand-new products that are checked before shipping. If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as returns and refunds are accepted only within the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, all of the following must be met:

  1. Timeframe: A manufacturing defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Wrong, damaged or “not original” items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged and returned with its original packaging, accessories and invoice intact.
  3. Proof: A valid Order ID, the phone/email used in the order, and a clear photo/video are required. A complete unboxing video may be required for damage or wrong-item claims.

Damaged, Wrong or Used Items

If you receive a damaged, used, wrong or completely different product, please check it in front of the delivery person and inform us immediately. If that isn’t possible, a complete unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package is required. Complaints without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep the policy fair, returns or replacements will not be accepted in these cases:

  • Products damaged, scratched, dented, water-damaged, burnt or showing any sign of use or misuse.
  • Items with a broken seal or opened packaging returned due to change of mind.
  • Software bugs, app or update issues, feature changes, compatibility limits or personal preference.
  • Minor differences in image, color, packaging or size that do not affect the product’s main use.
  • Offer, discount, campaign, clearance or flash-deal items, unless return/replacement is clearly stated on the product page.

Replacement Process

A Replacement is considered only after we receive and inspect the returned product. Replacement may be approved when we cannot provide a replacement, the item is out of stock after payment, or the returned product passes our inspection.

Return Process

To start a return, refund or warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email- g4uexpress@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 01303421765 with your Order ID, the reason, and clear photo/video proof.
  2. Pack the Product: Securely pack the item with its original packaging and accessories to avoid transit damage.
  3. Send the Product: After approval, ship the item to the address our team provides. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and Gadget4u is not responsible for damage during return shipping. For some Inside-Dhaka cases, you may be asked to visit our office for faster checking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact us before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and delivery plus return-delivery charges will apply. Partial advance or pre-order payments are non-refundable unless Gadget4u fails to provide the product.
